How the Pandemic changed our lives.

At the onset of restrictions of movement and contact with people, my partner and Alexander technique teacher Penelope, was already deeply involved with her new book project, “The ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE twelve fundamentals of integrate movement.”

My job was to produce all the photography for inclusion by the the publisher [Handspring Publishing in Edinburgh] and whilst all this was happening the decision was made to take Penelope’s teaching online and produce video train[ng material to allow other AT teachers to work online. Not only has this been highly successful across the globe but it has nurtured what was obviously a latent need to get a greater understanding of video.

So the Lumix GH4’s acquired cages, LED studio lighting was installed and the Alexander room became the studio. 6 terabytes of external storage for footage.all in all it has developed into an efficient and pleasant space to work.

The GH4’s have lived up to their incredible reputation as Video cameras, accompanied by Rode Audio system, Final Cut Pro and Da Vinci resolve for post production.,plus a set of the amazing Meike Cinema lenses all which are f2.2 manual focus
